Very nice staff. Green Chile and beans had so much flavor. French toast was very good also.

Don’t eat here!!!!The omelette was gross w a piece of processed cheese on the top. I took one bite. Told the waitress the “ churrizo” was bad, they charged me for it anyway. By the time I got butter instead of country crock margarine the pancake was cold. They charged me even though I didn’t eat ANYTHING. Even after I told the check out girl the food was horrible.

Very busy during brunch time. Staff disorganized. There was no wait list to get on. People scrambled to get seated. Guests seated in random order. Prepare to wait. And wait. And wait.

If u want a great breakfast go to this places Cafe Colorado they has a delicious breakfast good service and at hot coffee for u morning...

Great service, fast and friendly. Everything we got was delicious and the portions are very big. we paid 45 dollars for a family of 5. 2 adults, 3 kids all under the age of 10. we will be back again!

Good food, nice people. The hash browns are a little soggy for my taste, but the rest of the breakfast is always great. Disclaimer I have never eaten there for lunch so I can not attest to that.

We have grown to really enjoy breakfast here. Our favorite is the mushroom and Swiss omelette. It comes with hash browns and a choice of a biscuit, pancake, toast or English muffin. Note that they are only open for breakfast and lunch. Sometimes they’re a bit slow during rush hour, but it’s usually well worth the additional wait. Good jelly selection for toasts. Biscuits are line home made and gravy is like grandmas.

Looking for a home cooked style breakfast. Found this place and it was fantastic. I ate the juevos ranchero's. The beans are whole and not smashed like a typical Mexican style but it was still very good. Everything tasted homemade and high quality. Eggs, pancakes, french toast our family had all loved it.

Great breakfast! Best in Pagosa in my opinion. Lots of menu choices, with a good selection of southwestern dishes. Service is fast & friendly. Not a big place and tends to get a little crowded during tourist season. Lunch is ok too, but breakfast is better. I've had a bunch of menu items and liked them all.

Excellent service and great food! The prices are affordable and you won't leave hungry or dissapointed!Yesterday, for breakfast, my son and I enjoyed perfectly cooked 3 egg omelettes stuffed with cheddar and ham (they did not skimp on the ham either!) and hashbrowns. My son's came with an amazing (giant) pancake and mine came with a fluffy (giant) biscuit per our own choices. My daughter enjoyed a full platter of fluffy biscuits smothered in perfectly made gravy with sausage bits. We were stuffed and all had leftovers! (Breakfast pics below!)Today, my son and I had perfectly cooked, thick burgers with fresh onion, lettuce, and tomatoes plus steak fries. My daughter had the kid's chicken strips with fruit bowl. (We were so excited to eat, I forgot to take a pic before we started. The only pic I got was of 1/2 a cheeseburger & some fries. Pic below.)We visit Pagosa Springs every year and this is now one of our "can't miss", favorite places to eat.

Favorite place for breakfast or lunch in Pagosa Springs. Excellent food, great service in nice environment. Always busy but service is fast and efficient. Closes after lunch at 2 pm. Eaten here many times and never disappointed.

Probably one of the best cafes for breakfast and lunch in this town. They have survived for many years because they know their limitations which is not serving dinner. Lunches and breakfasts are great. Always good service, fast and friendly. Great lunch salads, try the Cobb, it's great and filling. Love the sandwiches and breakfast traditional eggs, bacon, potatoes are great. This is one of our go to places. Food is always tasty and cooked to perfection.

Great place for breakfast. I don’t normally eat a large breakfast, but I had an eventful day planned and knew I needed to eat. So, I ordered the French toast from the kid’s menu. It comes with an egg and bacon. It was more than enough for myself. My husband ordered the waffles and they looked so delicious. He mentioned they were good and fluffy. My son had a spinach omelet and added sausage and Swiss cheese. He said he would recommend it. He also ordered the waffle and thought, “it was good.” ->he isn’t much for words. Service was quick and friendly considering how busy they were. The only downfall was that the place was small. Our friends and my family had to squeeze into a booth and add a chair at the end.

Fantastic service! The staff, in the midst of the current pandemic and being full with many people coming in and out, were cleaning heavily, bussing tables, seating people fast and serving great food very fast! Their communication is great and they are very fluid and quick, with a smile on their faces the entire time! Great place to eat and really good food! Stop in and get some great breakfast

We came as a large group just as a snow storm hit. We were seated quickly and the waitstaff took great care of us. Everyone enjoyed their food, stuffed sopapillas, burgers, Chile cheese fries. Delicious!

Stopped here for breakfast after being in the mountains a couple days hiking before hitting the springs for a much needed soak. Asked a friend we spent the night with where we could get a good breakfast close by & steered us here. Tucked away in a little strip mall Cafe Colorado was the locals gem of a little cafe alright. Nothing fancy but squeaky clean & a waitress that sure knew what she was doing. All the usual breakfast fare & plenty of it & of course, good coffee that our server never let run dry without swinging by. Pagosa Springs might not be the little fly fish & hot mineral soak town it used to be, just bigger but the good stuff is still there & Cafe Colorado is one of them.

Great cafe! We usually come for breakfast, but came at noon and only lunch was available. My husband loved his cream cheese jalapeno burger with onion rings. It was very filling and very good!! I am a vegan, so I had an ALT (avocado, lettuce, tomato) in sourdough with fries. It was the perfect amount of food. Great service, and great food, all reasonably priced as well.

The food is always good & the weekdays aren't as busy as weekends, which can be line outside the door busy. It's casual & the varied menu is good for families. Good prices. Lunch was $25.00 without the tip.

Service was great. Food was really good also. We had the grilled chicken and swiss sandwich and the King burger. Closes at 2 on Saturdays.

This is a great place to go for breakfast food, or (New)Mexican food. Being from New Mexico this reminded me of a good breakfast place back home. The Pancakes were light and delicious, and the hash browns cooked properly (not undercooked like usual). Breakfast enchiladas with green chili or spicy and delicious served with fresh beans! The staff was super attentive constantly checking coffee levels... Great service and great food, way to go!

This little cafe was the best! Just driving through on a road trip with our two boys who said it was the best food they'd had in forever! Definitely drop in and try it!!!

Riva is very attentive and personable.The breakfast burrito smothered is amazing! Pancakes, and eggs are delicious.They make it look so easy... why are there bad restaurants?? 🤔

The best breakfast my family had had.

We just had lunch here less than a hour ago. Super pleasant staff and the food was Delicious! My compliments to the Chef as they didn't mind making my cheeseburger low carb by not serving the bread. The weirdest thing was a older couple across from us who's wife obviously never saw a bunless burger...in her...life! As she continued to stare and make stank faces when looking at my plate the entire time I was eating. Guess some people forget there is a such thing as manners...even at her age.

Always a great place to get lunch. Food is great and employees are wonderfully friendly 🙂

They really don’t want your business. Very disorganized. After 25 minutes of waiting and the waitress telling us she would be right with us to take our order, we finally left after the table that was seated next to us already had their drinks and was giving their food order. They didn’t have to wait at all. They may have good food, but we will never know.
